Western regions will be engulfed in fog at night and in the morning, and ice will form on the roads in places – drivers are advised to be careful.
The wind blows from the west or south-west at a speed of 5-10 m/s. In most regions, the temperature will drop to 15-20° below zero at night, and 8-13° below zero during the day.
It will be somewhat milder in the south, southeast and Transcarpathia: 9-14° of frost at night, 3-8° of frost during the day.
Forecasters predict the warmest weather in Crimea — 2-7 degrees of frost at night, around 0 degrees during the day. These indicators make the south the most comfortable for movement.
Energy companies are already preparing for possible interruptions due to ice on power lines.
Kyiv and the region are waiting for cloudy weather without precipitation, with ice on the roads. West wind, 5-10 m/s. 15-17° of frost at night in the capital, 15-20° in the region; during the day in Kyiv it is 10-12° below zero, in the region – 8-13°.
