Details: As of the evening of January 11, some areas of the city are still without electricity. The city council explained that the cause is technical damage to the power facility on the left bank, caused by Russia.

“The communal services of the Dnipro are working 24/7 to provide consumers with alternative energy sources. The situation is difficult, but under control,” the acting director said. Head of the Left Bank Administration of the Dnipro City Council, Olga Kozlova.
City services together with energy workers work around the clock to stabilize the situation and restore homes. Residents who do not have electricity are suggested to turn to “Points of Unbreakableness” to keep warm and recharge gadgets.
Currently, water supply is being restored on the left bank. The system is filled, water is supplied to the boiler room. After reaching a stable pressure, utility companies plan to restore heat supply at the expense of alternative energy sources.
What preceded:
- On January 7, Russian occupation forces attacked critical infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk region and Zaporizhzhia region. Both areas were completely cut off.
