Since the beginning of the day on January 9, 165 combat clashes took place at the front, 39 of them in the Pokrovsky direction, 25 in the Gulyaipilsky direction.

There were 25 skirmishes in the Gulyaipil direction.

In the Orihiv direction, the enemy tried to advance in the area of ​​Stepovoy.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy once carried out offensive actions in the area of ​​the Antonivsky bridge without any results.
