The National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine approved the application of Artem Milevskyi, former forward of Dynamo Kyiv and the national team, to register his Instagram page as online media.
The decision was made on January 8, 2026 during the regular meeting of the regulator.
Now the account “Artem Milevskyi” (@timi1010) has a full legal status, which opens new horizons for the ex-football player.
This step allows Milevski to legally engage in journalistic activities. He receives the right to accreditation at state events, sports events and press conferences — the prerogative of real mass media.
In addition, the status provides legal protection: crimes against journalists are punished more severely under the Criminal Code.
However, media status imposes serious obligations. Milevskii must adhere to journalistic ethics, standards of accuracy and norms of the law “On Media”.
Violations — such as fakes or improper advertising — are subject to sanctions from the National Council or fines.

Milevskyi also supported Yarmolenko before the match between Dynamo and Shakhtar in the Cup of Ukraine.
