On the night of January 9, the Russian Federation launched a massive attack on Ukraine, using 30-35 missiles and hundreds of Shahed drones.
The main targets were Kyiv and the suburbs of Lviv, where, in particular, a hit by a “Kedr” type missile was recorded. The attack is aimed at the military-industrial complex and energy infrastructure of Ukraine.
Kyiv suffered significant damage: energy infrastructure was damaged, and residential buildings, as well as civilian and industrial facilities, were hit.
The enemy launched a massive combined attack on Kyiv. A rocket (probably of the “Kedr” type) was also hit in Lviv/suburbs. The target of the attack is military equipment, energy infrastructure and civilian houses.
Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko confirmed that the consequences of the attack are serious. Also, the city of Slavutych, located in the Kyiv region, was left without electricity, having received a complete blackout.
