In the quarterfinals, the Ukrainian beat the first seed in two sets Simon Waltert (Switzerland, WTA 88) in 1 hour and 25 minutes.

Snigur held her seventh head-to-head match against Waltert and won her fourth victory, including the first since January 2024 – when Daria also beat Simona on the Canberra courts, but in the qualifiers.
In addition to Waltert, Snigur beat Tamara Korpach and Liang Enshuo at these competitions. Her next opponent will be determined in the game between Tamara Zidanšek (Slovenia, WTA 156) and Joanna Garland (Chinese Taipei, WTA 129).
Snigur made it to the semifinals of the WTA 125 tournament for the first time in her career. Last year, she played twice at the 1/4 final stage (in Warsaw and Caldas da Rainier) and was defeated twice.
