Details: The President was asked whether the quantitative and qualitative composition of the deterrence contingent, as well as its location in Ukraine, as well as an action plan in the event of Russian aggression, have already been agreed upon; can these forces enter into battle in the event of a new attack on Ukraine, or are we talking about other types of support.

“Yesterday there was a detailed report by our generals from France, Britain, the United States of America and Ukraine… In principle, all the details are agreed between the countries. In principle, I believe that we already have the answers to the questions you are asking. And there is support, weapons, presence, there are answers to all these questions. But… I am not yet ready to talk about it publicly,” Zelenskyy said.
He also said that within the limits of European security guarantees for Ukraine “nuclear umbrella” is not discussed from the nuclear powers of Europe, but it is about multi-component measures to maintain Ukraine’s defense capability and deter new Russian aggression.
