President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed a new head of the National Securities Commission, according to a decree published by the Office of the President on December 31, 2025.
“To appoint Oleksiy Volodymyrovych Semenyuk as the Chairman of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission,” the text says.
Earlier, Zelenskyi fired the previous head commission of Ruslan Magomedov. The reasons for the dismissal were not specified.
Magomedov headed the NCCPFR in February 2021.
