Former heavyweight world champion Deontay Wilder shared his vision of a possible fight against WBC, WBA and IBF title holder Oleksandr Usyk. The American recognized the strength and technical level of the Ukrainian, but is convinced that he has his own “recipe” for success.
“I think this is the main recipe. I won’t reveal much because people are watching and listening. I don’t want anyone to try to fix something from the other side, so I’ll just say it. I have speed, height and athleticism – those are the three things that give me an advantage,” Wilder said.
Earlier, Oleksandr Usyk gave Anthony Joshua a special gift from the Ukrainian military – a tactical watch made of a 105-mm shell casing.
