Details: According to him, Fedorov will be able to implement all changes and add technological capabilities.
Zelensky added that he offered Denys Shmyhal, who currently heads the Ministry of Defense, to lead another direction: “It is no less important for our stability.”

- January 2 President Volodymyr Zelenskyi signed decrees appointing Kyril Budanov as the head of the Office of the President, and Oleg Ivashchenko as the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
