World Boxing Association (WBA) published on its official website on January 1 the super heavyweight ranking based on the results of December.

Undefeated was placed in the first place Moses Itauma (13–0, 11 KOs), who last entered the ring in August 2025 – the Briton destroyed compatriot Dillian White in the first round.

The second place is occupied by the promising Cuban Lenier Pero, the third is the representative of the DR Congo, Martin Bakole, who has not won since August 2024. First, the African was defeated by New Zealander Joseph Parker, and then drew a fight against Nigerian Efe Ajagba.

Undefeated Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) holds the full title of the World Boxing Association. In July 2025, the boxer from Ukraine finished the British Daniel Dubois in the fifth round.
