In Kharkiv, a man shot a serviceman of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP) during a document check and fled the scene, he has already been detained.

According to the press service of the police of the Kharkiv region, it happened on December 31 around 09:00 in the Nemyshlyanskyi district of Kharkiv.

According to the police, the 42-year-old driver fired a shot at a soldier of the TCC and SP, after which he fled the scene. The soldier was not injured, his uniform was damaged by the bullet.

Within a few hours, the police located the shooter and arrested him.

Law enforcement officers have started a pre-trial investigation under Part 4 of Art. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

After the start of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced. Reports of scandals and conflicts between TCC employees and citizens on the streets of towns and villages regularly appear in the Ukrainian information space. Negative information about the mobilization spreads quickly through social networks.

The Ukrainian military and government officials claim that this is the result of the informational and psychological operations of the Russian Federation.
