A man was detained in Kharkiv who shot at a military TCC officer

In Kharkiv, a man checks documents fired a shot in the direction of a soldier of the TCC and SP. The soldier was not injured, the bullet damaged his uniform.

Details: It is reported that as a result of the incident the serviceman was not injuredthe uniform was damaged by a bullet.

In order to detain the offender on the territory of the city, the police launched a special operation.

Over the course of several hours, law enforcement officers located the intruder and detained him.

Based on this fact, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated under Part 4 of Art. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. The sanction of the article provides up to seven years of imprisonment.

Currently, the issue of notifying the detainee of suspicion is being resolved.
