Details: The agency reported that in the near future some Ukrainians will be able to issue the necessary accounting documents without personal visits to the TCC and JV and going through paper bureaucratic procedures. Currently, the Ministry of Defense is looking for volunteers to check the correctness of the service.

In order to participate in the testing, citizens need to fill out a special application through online form.
Men who are not currently on military registration can take part in testing. This applies to two categories of citizens: young men who will turn 17 in 2026, or men aged 25 to 59.
The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the digitization of this service will significantly reduce bureaucracy, remove the extra burden from TCC employees, and simplify the procedure for conscripts.
At the same time, the ministry specified that for women who are subject to military registration in the medical or pharmaceutical profession, the option of online registration is currently unavailable. As before, they need to personally apply to the TCC for registration.
