At the TCC, the mobilized will be fed at state expense – the Ministry of Defense

The Government of Ukraine has decided to provide meals at state expense to citizens who arrive at territorial recruitment and social support centers during mobilization, the Ministry of Defense reported”, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that people who will arrive at the territorial centers of recruitment and social support during the mobilization will receive food at the expense of the state. According to the Ministry of Defense, the government supported the initiative of the military at its meeting on December 30.

“According to the changes, citizens who arrive at TCC and SP during mobilization will be provided with food at the expense of the state in accordance with the Catalog of food products used in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Changes to the mobilization procedure and food standards will allow to better organize the provision of people at the stage of preparation for sending to the army and until the moment of enrollment in the lists of military units,” the Ministry of Defense informed.

After the start of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced. It is carried out by territorial recruitment and social support centers, after reaching which the mobilized can spend many hours on the territory of the TCC – waiting to be sent to a military unit or training center.
