American boxer Terence Crawford, who recently finished his career, believes that he simply does not have the motivation to stay in the sport due to the lack of competition.
“I don’t want to sound like an arrogant jerk, but what if you’re just that much better than your competition? What else should I do in the ring? I simply have no rivals, no one will be able to harm my legacy.”
“I don’t know what I still want to achieve in boxing, so I decided to quit. It’s a nice decision,” Crawford said.
Terence was the champion in five different weight categories and the absolute champion in three of them.
