Rescuers are evacuating people from roads paralyzed by bad weather in Frankiv Oblast

Traffic in Ivano-Frankivsk region has been significantly hampered due to severe weather. Dozens of drivers were stuck on snowy roads. To help and evacuate people, rescue units of the State Emergency Service were involved. We would like to remind that on Monday, December 29, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s of the yellow danger level and a blizzard are expected in Kyiv, with ice on the roads.

On Sunday, December 28, most regions of Ukraine were affected by the atmospheric fronts of the eastern cyclone, which brought snow, sleet and stormy wind gusts of up to 15-20 meters per second.
