Literally: “According to the current legislation, the State Security Office of Ukraine, under martial law, carries out security measures and checks of persons and motor vehicles at the entrances to the government quarter in Kyiv.

Today, at one of these entrances, the employees of the UDO of Ukraine carried out a check of persons who were taken as witnesses by the employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
After the inspection, all persons were admitted to the territory of the government quarter.”
What preceded: On the morning of December 27, NABU and SAP reported that, as a result of an undercover operation, they exposed an organized criminal group, which included current people’s deputies of Ukraine. According to the investigation, members of the group systematically received illegal benefits for voting in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Subsequently, the NABU stated that the employees of the State Security Department resisted the Bureau’s employees during investigative actions in the committees of the Verkhovna Rada. NABU emphasized that obstructing investigative actions is a direct violation of the law. Later, detectives were able to enter the building of the Council’s committees.
