Ready Palmer? I think Cole is ready to play the full 90 minutes. He played an hour against Everton and then over 70 minutes against Newcastle. So I think there’s progress, he’s feeling good.

Estevan is back and ready for Saturday’s game. Also Liam Delap – they’re back. We didn’t know exactly how long Liam would be out, but he’ll be back on Saturday and we’re glad both are fit.

Continuing to grow is the most important thing. Injuries are normal when you play every two or three days, but of course if all the players are healthy it will be the best. But we will try to find solutions on a game-by-game basis.
