“We know that this plan is radically – if it can be called a plan at all – different from the 27 points that we worked out with the American side in recent weeks, starting with the first numbers of December,” he added.
Ryabkov said an “in-depth analysis of the meetings” between Russian and US representatives in Florida last weekend should take place in the near future.
“But the political will to stay within the framework set by Anchorage is not just basic for us, it is an imperative. We cannot go beyond these frameworks, otherwise it will not just be an unstable agreement – simply no agreement can be reached,” he said.
As you know, on December 24, the President of Ukraine revealed for the first time the content of the 20-point “peace plan” agreed with the United States.
Meanwhile, signals have arrived from Moscow that Russia will demand significant changes to the draft “peace plan” agreed upon by Ukraine and the United States.
