Dmytro Lubinets, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, reported that the Russian Federation provided a list of citizens who were taken away by the Russian invaders from the village of Grabovskoe in the Sumy Oblast.

Details: According to him, the Russian side also informed where and under what conditions the deported people are.

“I was even sent photos, videos of conversations with them about whether they have any complaints about providing them with food, medicine, water, living conditions. 52 people, there are no children among them,” said Lubinets.

The ombudsman reported that negotiations on the return of these people to the territory of Ukraine are currently underway.

Direct speech of Lubinets: “Now they (people deported by the Russian Federation – ed.) are in water from the front-line regions of the Russian Federation. They are in the role of civilians. We were officially told that there are no restrictions on them. I urgently appealed to Moskalkova (the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tetiana Moskalkova – ed.) to physically return them to the territory of Ukraine.”

There, according to the HUK, “stabilization measures” are ongoing.
• President Volodymyr Zelenskyi claimed that Russian troops captured 52 civilians, including children, from the village of Grabovskoe in the Sumy region, and also captured 13 soldiers of the Defense Forces.
• According to the analytical project DeepState, a group of Ukrainian fighters who held the border area in the village of Grabovskoe, in the Sumy Oblast, was irresponsible in carrying out tasks, which led to the fact that the Russians entered there.
