Kym Marsh’s daughter gives birth on Christmas Day following a 10-MINUTE labour as Coronation Street actress reveals baby boy’s unusual name

The actress, 49, took to Instagram to reveal she has become a grandmother for the fourth time after Emilie, 28, welcomed her child on Christmas Day.

Kym shared a picture of Emilie’s son Teddy, six, and Emilie’s husband’s daughter Polly, nine.

She wrote: ‘Well what a wonderful Christmas gift this is!! Welcome to the world Bobby Saint Mykola Hoszowskyj!!! He’s so beautiful!

‘So so proud of my girl @listentoemilie she is a warrior!! And of my son in law @mikeyhoz for being her rock today! We are all in love!! Merry Christmas everyone.’

Emilie, who shares her newborn with husband Michael Hoszowskyj, shared: ‘Our perfect Christmas present has arrived.

‘After arriving at the hospital at 10:25am our special gift was born at 10:35am on 25/12/25.’

Kym shared beautiful photos of her new grandson in an adorable Santa costume  being cradled by Teddy and Polly, who also looked sweet in matching red velvet pyjamas.

The children were clearly enjoying their new sibling as they were pictured again holding little Bobby on their sofa. 

In one close-up of the newborn, he looks heart-melting in a striped onesie with a collar and a cream beanie.

While Emilie looked lovingly into her new baby’s eyes as she wore a grey pyjama set and a messy bun paired with large frames.

The mother-of-two couldn’t help but share a carousel of festive photos to share the news of Bobby’s birth.

The beautiful newborn can be seen with a personalised beanie as he lays in his hospital cot next to a teddy bear with a Christmas hat.

And the traditions of Christmas day were not forgotten as their room had two roast dinners and a cracker to mark the special day.

Another sweet image showed Michael carrying Bobby in a baby carrier in the hospital corridor. 

Kym is also grandmother to her son David’s boy Clayton, who he welcomed with fiancée Courtney in 2022.

Emilie and David’s father is Kym’s ex husband, builder David Cunliffe.

The Corrie Street star is also mother to 14-year-old daughter Poppy whom she shares with ex-husband and Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas, as well son Archie who as born 18 weeks premature in 2009 and passed away shortly after birth.

Kym and Jamie first met on a train as they made their way to the 2007 TV Quick Awards before developing a romance in July 2008 – a year before Kym’s divorce from ex-husband Jack Ryder.

She married a third time in 2021, when she tied the knot with soldier Scott Ratcliff, before their split was announced in May 2023.

Kym previously shared a touching tribute to the father of her eldest children David, with whom she shares Emilie and David Jr, 31.

Despite their split in 1999, the pair have remained close, with the singer calling the builder ‘one of my best friends in the world.’

They have since built a strong co-parenting and friendship dynamic, with Kym regularly sharing their moments together on social media.
