Details: According to the UP source, on Thursday, on his way out of the pre-trial detention center, the law enforcement officers informed him of a new suspicion – for organizing the illegal seizure of the building of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration and the attempt to remove the head of the HOVA Oleg Synegubov from the leadership in the first hours of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022.

What preceded:
- On May 29, 2022, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi fired Roman Dudin, head of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, for negligent performance of his duties and promised him an investigation by law enforcement officers.
- Then the president said that Dudin “did not work for the defense of the city from the first days of the full-scale war, but thought only of himself personally.”
- On September 11, it became known that Dudin was detained on suspicion of treason.
- Dudin himself rejected the accusations. He also accused the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov and the mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov of giving false testimony.
