Literally: “On December 24, 2025, in the Rivne region, during the performance of official duties, the notification group of the Sarnensky district TCC and SP was attacked by aggressive citizens of Ukraine of mobilization age.

According to preliminary information, the patrol police tried to stop the vehicle, which ignored the latter’s demands to present documents and fled to the territory of one of the FOPs.
In addition, a group of passers-by intervened in the situation and, not understanding the legal grounds for the detention and the context of the situation, outsiders physically obstructed the lawful demands of law enforcement agencies, which was manifested in grabbing uniforms, shouting statements containing obscene language, and throwing sticks.
And during the event, a citizen of E. used a metal object (a crowbar), as a result of which one of the servicemen received serious injuries: a rib fracture, contusions of the parenchyma of both lungs.
Currently, doctors assess his condition as serious, he is being given the necessary assistance.”
Details: OK “Zahid” stressed that this event is a direct obstacle to the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces, combined with violence against servicemen.
The information was entered into the EDPR according to Art. 350 part 2 of the Criminal Code, the pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
The department added that conflict situations should be resolved exclusively by legal means, and “crowbars, sticks, whiplash, humiliation and attacks are not the way to ‘justice’, but to criminal responsibility.”
The operational command “West” of the Ground Forces reported that it is keeping the situation under control within the limits of its authority: “We will inform about the further course of events within the limits permitted by the law and the interests of the investigation.”
