In November 2025, prices of manufacturers of industrial products in Ukraine increased by 9.9% year-on-year, according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. Compared to October, the producer price index increased by 5.4%.

The main factor in price growth was the price increase in the supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning, which increased by 12.4% in November alone.
Industrial inflation continues to accelerate on an annual basis, with the index growing at 5.5% in October 2025, while it nearly doubled to 9.9% in November.
Experts note that the further increase in producer prices may affect the cost of products and prices for end consumers, which makes the situation important for business and the state policy of regulating industrial markets.
Consumer prices in Ukraine in November 2025 have grown on average by 0.4% compared to October. Chernihiv and Poltava oblasts experienced the biggest increase in prices (+0.7%), and the least – Sumy and Khmelnytskyi (+0.1%). In general, prices have increased in all regions of the country.
