Head coach of “Dynamo” Ihor Kostyuk is planning a restructuring of the Kyiv club.
According to journalist Volodymyr Zverov, Kostyuk will bet on a serious restructuring of the team with an emphasis on rejuvenating the team. He noted that the lineup that Kyiv used in the Conference League match against Armenian “Noa” is close to the one the coach sees as the main one in the spring.
The journalist also named the football players who should become the new leaders of Kostyuk’s team. We are talking about Zakharchenko, Mykhaylenko, Voloshyn and Ponomarenko – all of them are students of the Dynamo youth system.
Thus, the new coaching staff plans to build a team around its own young players, betting on the development of the club’s internal resources.
