The DTEK company lit up the Batkivschyna-Maty monument with the colors of the Ukrainian flag as part of the “The Light Holds On” campaign dedicated to Energy Day.

It is noted that no electricity from the power system is used for light projection.
Earlier, at one of the destroyed TPPs of DTEK, Rinat Akhmetov’s Christmas composition “Shchedryk” was performed by a choir and an orchestra.
Hourly blackout schedules will be in effect in Kyiv on December 23.
A light installation will appear at the central Kyiv railway station.
