The 17-year-old centre-back has already reached a verbal agreement with the German giant and will sign a contract for 4.5 years. The agreement will enter into force from February 2026, when the football player reaches the age of majority.

Olay is considered one of the most promising young defenders in Ecuador. In the 2025 season, he played five matches for Aukas, not having any productive actions, but attracted the attention of scouts with his physical data and defensive play.
Bayern are already planning the player’s further development — after officially joining the club, a loan option is being considered so that Olai can get stable game practice.
