Literally: “The state budget of Ukraine received 2.3 billion euros from the European Union within the framework of the financial instrument Ukraine Facility. In particular, the government of Ukraine attracted 2.1 billion euros in loan funds and 200 million euros in grants.”

Details: This is the sixth regular tranche provided for under Pillar I of the Instrument. The funds will be used to finance priority social and humanitarian expenses of the state.
In order to receive another regular tranche from the EU, Ukraine successfully completed eight reformation steps necessary for the allocation of the sixth tranche, as well as one step provided for within the framework of the fourth tranche.
“Support within the Ukraine Facility is key to strengthening Ukraine’s macro-financial stability and the smooth functioning of state administration in wartime conditions. The successful implementation of more than 60 steps of the Plan of Ukraine confirms our commitment to reforms, recovery and the movement towards membership in the European Union”, – noted the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Serhiy Marchenko.
The current sixth installment of EU support follows the recent fifth payment November 5, 2025.
The government previously assured that will be able to receive from the EU all money for reforms within the Ukraine Facility.
