In Kyiv, a new light art installation called “Share the Light” was presented on the facade of the Central Railway Station. Visitors and passers-by can watch the bright light show that decorated the station building.

This was reported by the correspondent of Ukrinform.

As the organizers of the event explained, the art installation is dedicated to Ukrainians who, because of the war, suffer from a lack of electricity and are forced to fight the darkness in various ways.

The author of the project, artist and lighting designer Mykola Kabluka, noted that in this way he seeks to unite citizens through a symbolic action — to share their resilience, bright memories and hope thanks to the rays on the facade of the country’s main train station.

The art installation “Share the Light” will work at the station from the generator until Christmas. Through the QR code, each visitor will be able to control the art installation – choose the color of their internal light and leave a text message on the facade of the station, the organizers of the event reported.

The project is implemented by the laboratory of modern light art Expolight Arts with the support of the national carrier of cargo and passengers JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
