Cagliari at home managed to turn the tide of the game against Pisa, but lost in the final minutes — 2:2.

The guests opened the score at the end of the first half. Gilardino’s wards earned the right to take a penalty, which Matteo Tramoni confidently converted. The home team equalized in the middle of the second half: Folorunsho headed home Dzappa’s pass.

In a few minutes, the Sardinians already took the lead – Kylichsoi effectively dealt with the defenders and broke through without a chance for the goalkeeper. It was the Turk’s first goal in a Cagliari shirt.

The islanders could not hold on to victory. In the last minute of regular time, Pisa restored parity: Leris went down the right flank and shot to the eleven-meter mark, where the experienced Stefano Moreo, who came on as a substitute, sent the ball into the net with one touch.

As a result, both teams lost the chance to improve their tournament position in the fight for survival. Cagliari occupies the 15th place, Pisa – the 19th.
