Details: Among such companies is Cypriot Veles International Limited and its owner Dmytro Bugayenko. It is a subsidiary of an investment company located in Moscow. At the same time, the Moscow legal entities of this organization still remained under sanctions.

In addition, the United States lifted the sanctions imposed on Dubai’s 365 Days Freight Services FZCO and Turkey’s Etasis, which exported sanctioned equipment to Russia and used it in its military-industrial complex.
Restrictions were also lifted from the Finnish company Hi-Tech Koneisto and its top manager, a citizen of Finland, Evgenia Dremova. They supplied optoelectronic and laboratory equipment to Russian sanctioned companies.
Currently, the US does not disclose the reasons for this decision. In addition, it is not known whether Washington will change its policy regarding Russian companies that were the final recipients of products from these intermediaries.
