In Odesa, during the delivery of a man who violated the rules of military registration to the district TCC and SP, a conflict occurred between the precinct police officer and three employees of the TCC. The incident turned into a fight.
According to the police of the Odesa region, the military personnel of the TCC were intoxicated.
After the arrival of the police officer at the department, they started behaving aggressively, swearing obscenely and ignoring the remarks of the law enforcement officer. Later, a fight broke out between them.
On the fact of intentionally causing bodily harm to an employee of a law enforcement agency during the performance of official duties, criminal proceedings have been opened pursuant to Part 2 of Art. 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to five years.
Currently, TCC employees are in a temporary detention facility. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing, and the issue of preventive measures is being decided.
We will remind you that on December 3, an incident occurred in Lviv, during which a man attacked employees of the Territorial Center for Procurement and Social Support (TCC). One of the servicemen was stabbed and died in hospital the next day.
The commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel-General Oleksandr Pavlyuk, said that attacks on employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers directly undermine the state’s defense capabilities.
