The high-energy teaser (below), which aired during Wednesday night’s season 49 finale After Show, also confirms the return of two of the season’s biggest standouts: winner Savannah Louie and breakout strategist Rizo Velovic.
The trailer, which opens with Benjamin “Coach” Wade quoting Magellan, has a grand sense of Survivor history, and includes White Lotus creator and show alum Mike White among the cast. Multiple players discuss the series’ longevity and its impact on their lives. The “Hands of the Fans” twist is clearly on the players’ minds and cameos look to be a factor this season, with tribes getting visits from singer Zac Brown and YouTuber Jimmy “Mr. Beast” Donaldson. Other celebrity visitors to Fiji include Jimmy Fallon and Billie Eilish.
