The president also signed decrees No. 143-147 on the appointment of heads of military administrations:
- Yevhenii Viktorovych Fisak as the head of the Velikomykhailiv village military administration of the Sinelniky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
- Anatoliy Viktorovych Zaytsev as the head of the Malomykhailiv village military administration of the Sinelniky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
- Volodymyr Mykolayovych Zrazhevskyi, the head of the Mezhivsk settlement military administration of the Sinelniky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
- Spazheva Svitlana Anatolyivna as the head of the military administration of the Pokrovsky settlement of the Sinelnyk district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
- Halyna Ivanivna Smolska is the head of the Slavyansk rural military administration of the Sinelnyk district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Earlier, Zelenskyi signed an order on the creation of the Odesa City Military Administration, which was headed by Serhiy Lysak, ex-chief of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA.
