Starmer warned Abramovich about the last chance to transfer more than 2 billion pounds to Ukraine for the sale of “Chelsea”

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said in a speech before the House of Commons that Great Britain will officially issue instructions on the transfer of 2.5 billion pounds received from Roman Abramovich’s sale of Chelsea football club to humanitarian purposes in Ukraine.
