On Wednesday, December 17, cloudy but dry weather will remain in most regions of Ukraine – without significant precipitation.
About this informs forecaster Natalka Didenko.
According to her, this is due to the fact that over the southern part of Europe, near the Balkans, there is a powerful anticyclone, which extends the zone of high atmospheric pressure to the territory of Ukraine.
It will be sunny mainly in the western regions, where the weather has been clear for several days in a row. The air temperature during the day will remain comfortable: from +2 to +5 degrees in most areas, from +4 to +10 degrees – in the west and south. In the southern part of the Zaporizhzhia region, it is expected to be slightly cooler – from +2 to +4 degrees.
The wind is mainly southerly, moderate, sometimes with gusts. Fog is possible in the morning and evening hours, which can make it difficult to see on the roads.
No significant changes in the weather are forecast in Kyiv on December 17: no precipitation, with a gusty south wind. At night, the temperature will be around +2 degrees, during the day the air will warm up to +5 degrees.
According to Didenko’s forecasts, the relatively warm weather will continue for some time. A more significant cooling with a predominance of minus temperatures both during the day and at night is expected after December 26.
