31-year-old football player Andriy Bliznichenko officially left Zaporizhzhia Metalurg.
The parties had an important conversation and decided to terminate cooperation early.
One of the reasons was Andriy’s frequent injuries, which prevented him from fully showing himself in the Zaporizhzhia team.
“We thank Andrii Bliznichenko for his professionalism, dedication, attitude to work and contribution to the team. We wish him good health, new challenges and a successful continuation of his football career,” the press service wrote.
Bliznichenko joined Metalurg in the summer of 2024, leaving Zviagel. During this time, Andrii played 30 matches, scoring five goals and three assists.
