Kiper’s direct speech: “The enemy massively attacked the Odesa district with attack drones. Despite the active work of air defense forces, there is damage to the energy infrastructure facility. Warehouses, an administrative building, and a garage were also damaged. Fires broke out on the spot, which were promptly extinguished by rescuers.”

Kiper reported that energy workers have already started restoration work. Currently, critical infrastructure is powered by generators.
Lysak added that as a result of the night attack in Odesa, a residential building and objects of civil infrastructure were damaged, and part of the city was without electricity.
