The company “Geological Investment Group” filed a complaint with the AMCU regarding the terms of the ARMA competition for the manager of the “Morshinska” and “Myrhorodska” brands. The business claims that the tender requirements are discriminatory and narrow the pool of bidders, creating advantages for certain companies. AMCU will now consider this complaint and possible violations.
In the complaint, the business notes that tender requirements create artificial barriers to participation. For example, ARMA requires the presence of three specific contracts with a one-year term of performance, although the law allows one to confirm qualification. They also criticize the requirement of certificate No. 34-OPP and the lack of an opportunity to confirm corporate rights management experience.
“We support fair competition and open rules of the game. But the conditions of this competition actually make it impossible for many bona fide companies to participate,” explained Iryna Suprun, CEO of HYG.
The company asks AMCU to establish a violation and oblige ARMA to change the documentation to ensure equal access for all participants.
The tender for the manager of IDS Ukraine started at the end of November, applications are accepted until December 12. In January 2026, changes to the procedure for selecting managers of seized property, provided for by the new law on restarting ARMA, will enter into force.
