The government has updated the rules of military accounting – from now on, military accounting documents are created only in electronic form, the press service of the Ministry of Defense reports.

Thus, the Reserve ID in the “Reserve+” application becomes the main form of document for conscripts, conscripts and reservists.

For those who cannot always use the electronic version, a paper copy is available – you can print it yourself through “Rezerv+” or the Diya portal or get it from TCC and JV, the department adds.

“The transition to the electronic format minimizes the risks of document loss, damage, or forgery,” said Oksana Ferchuk, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization.

“Reserve+” is the official mobile application of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, launched on May 18, 2024. It is intended for conscripts, conscripts and reservists, providing an opportunity to update personal data and receive electronic military registration documents.

After the start of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced.
