President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he is ready to come to Poland for the first meeting with President Karol Nawrotsky, as soon as he receives an official invitation.
According to the European Pravda correspondent, he said this during an online briefing after the meetings in London on December 8.
When asked about the prospects of the meeting, Zelensky said that he would be happy to meet with Navrotsky, and during the phone conversation he thanked him for Polish assistance and discussed a convenient date for the meeting.
“Recently, I heard a signal in the media that he invited me. Well, probably, in order for me to come, I need a date. And then, if the president – officially, unofficially, as he wants – invites and offers a date, of course, I will come on an official visit to Poland. This is important to me,” Zelenskyy said.
Zelenskyi told what was discussed at the talks with the leaders of the allies in London.
