The servicemen of one of the units of the Armed Forces declared that they had every right to be in a sanatorium near Kyiv, where an armed clash took place on the evening of December 3 with soldiers of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
This was reported by an interlocutor in the command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a comment to LIGA.net.
According to him, the military unit has a combat order of the commander of the Ground Forces, the approval of the Kyiv Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a contract with the administration of the sanatorium for the stay of the military there. The part has been located on the territory of the sanatorium since 2024, one room that is not under arrest has been officially registered. Due to restrictions on the alienation of property, it is impossible to conclude new contracts. The military unit initiated the procedure of forced alienation of property in favor of the state.
In mid-November, a meeting of the unit’s command with representatives of the GUR took place regarding the possibility of placing their soldiers in a sanatorium. At the same time, the intelligence representatives presented lease agreements with Development Solution LLC and the sanatorium, but the HUR lawyers did not provide supporting documents and refused to hand them over to higher authorities.
When about 30-40 armed GUR fighters arrived at the sanatorium, they again presented the contracts, but a survey of the territory showed a lack of free premises. After that, the scouts left the area.
According to the ZSU, the director of the sanatorium did not have the right to sign the agreement for the placement of the HUR, and the representative of Ukrprofozdoronytsia allegedly confirmed the illegality of the agreement.
On the territory of the “Zhovten” sanatorium in Konchi-Zaspa, a conflict broke out between representatives of the GUR and military personnel of military unit A4005 with the use of weapons. The GUR declares that the military has settled at the object illegally and is trying to return it.
