Rescuers of the State Emergency Service completed a 14-day operation in one of the mines of Ukraine at the minus 410 m horizon, where the pulp breakthrough occurred.

The rescuers showed footage of the work of the mining rescuers of the State Militarized Mining Rescue Squad of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, who worked in extremely difficult conditions.
“The operation was complicated by a large volume of pulp. The company’s employees, miners and mine rescuers had to perform a colossal amount of work: pumping water from flooded horizons, overloading and removing pulp, searching and evacuating the bodies of the dead,” the message reads.
