The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, congratulated Ukrainian rocket and gunners on their professional holiday and presented state awards.

“Today is a special day – the day of one of the strongest components of our defense. Ukrainian guns, rocket artillery, artillery reconnaissance, anti-tank units, mortars and missile units have proven their professionalism and heroism during the years of full-scale war,” Zelenskyi said.
The head of state thanked the soldiers for the effective defense of Ukraine and emphasized the memory of all those who died for the independence of the state.
“He awarded state awards to those who fight for Ukraine as for themselves. Thank you, Ukrainian soldiers, for your defense and results. I am proud of you. Congratulations on the Day of Missile Troops and Artillery,” the president added.
