Odesa suffered an intense attack by Russian drones on the night of December 4, Oleg Kiper, the head of OVA, said.

“Air defense units managed to destroy most of the air targets, but damage to civil and energy infrastructure was recorded. As a result of falling debris and the action of the blast wave, the doors and glazing of seven apartment buildings and an administrative building, as well as passenger cars, were damaged. Six people were previously injured, two of them were rescued from blocked apartments. Another 33 people, including six children, were given psychological help,” the official said.

According to him, the rescuers put out the fires, and the authorities have deployed points of invincibility for the residents of the affected houses.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
