Details: According to the publication’s interlocutor among law enforcement officers, on the evening of December 3, Mrrepresentatives of GUR MOU entered the territory of the “Zhovten” sanatorium and occupied it, “by knocking down the gate and breaking the fence, firing firearms into the air and the ground, captured 10 servicemen of military unit A4005, inflicting significant injuries.”

According to the source, the GUR fighters released the prisoners and barricaded themselves in the territory.

Also, the interlocutor said that near the territory there are employees of the NPU, the State Security Service of Ukraine, the military commandant of the Kyiv region at the location of military unit A4005, and representatives (of the management) of KOVA.

The GUR fighters refused to let representatives of law enforcement and military state bodies into the territory, the interlocutor of the UP reported.

A unit of the State Bureau of Investigation, which seized sanctioned property, joined the process.

In addition, according to the interlocutor of the UP, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi arrived at the scene.

A source in the GUR informed the UP that the people who were on the territory of the sanatorium were there illegally, and the intelligence representatives were only carrying out relevant court decisions.

Reference: In 2020, the court seized the sanatorium, and in 2022, the State Bureau of Investigation announced the return of the object to state ownership. The sanatorium was handed over to the Agency for Search and Asset Management.

Simultaneously, part of the land plot and real estate “Zhovtnia” became the property of the company whose traces lead to businessman Boris Kaufman.

Kaufman can get the rest of the land for use and is preparing to get a permit from the Kyiv City Council to build the territory of the sanatorium.
