Details: UP sources reported that the attack on the oil pipeline was carried out near the village of Kazinsky Vysilki, which is on the Taganrog-Lypetsk oil pipeline section. According to interlocutors, explosives with remote detonation and additional combustible mixtures were used for the detonation to achieve greater combustion.
