United heavyweight champion of the world Oleksandr Usyk announced that he plans to fight in 2026 against Wilder.
According to World Boxing News, the team of the former world champion was positive about this idea. The match is planned to be organized in the American city of Las Vegas.
Usyk last fought in the USA back in 2017, when he defeated local boxer Michael Hunter.
Previously, the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight title holder (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) talked about his plans and admitted when he intends to end his professional career. The boxer recently made the WBO title vacant and lost the status of absolute world champion.
