The governor of the Voronezh region, Oleksandr Gusev, said that four drones were neutralized, and there were no casualties.

After the start of a full-scale invasion of Russia, various objects on the territory of the Russian Federation are subjected to airstrikes. Most often, in 2024 and 2025, oil refineries (refineries) became the target of attacks.
Most of the attacks were confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stating that the Defense Forces of Ukraine “systematically implement measures aimed at reducing the combat potential of the Russian occupation forces, as well as at forcing the Russian Federation to stop armed aggression against Ukraine.”
The day before, the Bloomberg agency, referring to the public statements of the countries, reported that in November, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out at least 14 attacks on Russian oil refineries with the help of drones – this is the maximum number of attacks in a month since the beginning of a full-scale war.
